Electrical Testing / Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) / Landlord Certificate
The Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) came into affect on 1st January 2012 and replaces the Periodic Inspection Report. Electrical Installation Condition Report is the regular testing of all electrical installations required to check that all the electrics of that building are safe and up to the current electrical regulations, currently 17th edition BS7671 2008, amendment 3 January 2015 up to the current BS7671 Electrical Regulations

With records kept so in the unfortunate case of an accident or fire, insurance companies have no excuse but to support any claim.
