Domestic New Build
We have carried out various domestic new build projects of all sizes, from small 1 or 2 house developments to larger scale projects of 100+ houses. Some of our more recent developments comprise of bespoke one of a kind new builds consisting of full smart home integration, including voice activation, app controlled functions all with remote access and programming.(see morrellgroup for more information on smart homes)
Commercial New Build Projects
Some of our more recent projects consist of large scale new build industrial buildings. This project had various types of containment as well as a bus bar trunking system providing power all the way through the corridor on each level enabling an 80A connection at any location for each individual office suite or laboratory to have there own distribution board. The design and specification was followed, co-ordinating with the site management and other trades to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and in a timely manor.)
Bespoke Lighting
Sometimes being unique is what stands you out from the crowd. For this newly built pub this was key to the over all look. Working together with a highly skilled carpenter we designed and built this bespoke chandelier. Made from a solid piece of oak the frame was constructed and then the cabling was installed. Hung at different heights these vintage style lamps really do to give an outstanding appearance and truly is one of a kind!

Darren investigated the fault which involved accessing the loft space and doing many tests of the different circuits around the house. He successfully resolved the issue and then installed a wall light and a ceiling light. He was courteous and explained what he was doing at all times. I would recommend him without question.
